Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. The Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising activities, maintaining high standards of performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations of the department/team.

Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are achieved.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to improve productivity and performance.

Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure customer/client satisfaction through quality service and problem resolution.

Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Foster teamwork, communication, and professional development among employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management tools/software.
